ASEAN-China Cooperation in Anti-COVID-19 and Medicine

ACEC Association is glad to have invited Prof. Cao Yun Xia, the president of Anhui Medical University to share her experiences and opinions on the topic of ASEAN-China Cooperation in Anti-COVID-19 and Medicine. Due to the pandemic, Prof. Cao Yun Xia and the lecturers from Anhui Medical University are unable to attend the InnoSTRE Special Edition in person. However, Anhui Medical University as the co-organizer of the InnoSTRE Special Edition still makes their best effort to participate fully in the conference.

In the conference, Prof. Cao Yun Xia introduce the various forms of collaboration between China and ASEAN countries and how they work together to overcome the challenges of COVID-19. Besides, she had also analyzed the necessities and problems that might arise in the collaboration or cooperation between both China and ASEAN countries in the medical field. “2020 was an extraordinary year,” said Prof. Cao Yun Xia. She added, “The global pandemic had caused a great impact to the world from different aspects. However, the close cooperation and collaboration between China and ASEAN countries in overcoming all these challenges could be set as a good example to the world.” In the post-COVID-19 era, there would be a lot of uncertainties, so collaboration is especially important in this situation. ACEC Association is also looking forward to facilitate more collaboration between universities from China and ASEAN countries.

亚洲一带一路文化教育合作促进会（ACEC）很高兴邀请到安徽医科大学校长曹云霞教授，就东盟-中国合作抗击新冠病毒和医学的话题分享她的经验和观点。由于疫情的影响，曹云霞教授和安徽医科大学的讲师们无法亲临InnoSTRE专场。但安徽医科大学作为InnoSTRE特别版的协办单位，仍尽最大努力全力参与会议。安徽医科大学讲师通过网络平台参加InnoSTRE。

在会议上，曹云霞教授介绍了中国与东盟国家之间的各种合作形式，以及如何共同克服新冠病毒的挑战。此外，她分析了中国与东盟国家在医疗领域合作的必要性和可能出现的问题。"2020年是不平凡的一年。"曹云霞教授说。她还说："新冠病毒全球大流行从不同方面给世界造成了很大的影响。然而，中国与东盟国家在克服所有这些挑战的过程中，紧密合作与协作，可以为世界树立一个良好的榜样。" 在后新冠时代，会有很多不确定因素，所以在这种情况下，合作就显得尤为重要。ACEC也期待能促进中国和东盟国家的大学之间的更多合作。
